1. The Product

PlugICT is a local knowledge engine that indexes and makes searchable transcribed ICT educational content. It is sold as a one-time lifetime license for personal use only. The product is delivered as a downloadable zip file containing an encrypted vault, setup scripts, and a license key.

2. License & Usage

One license grants one individual the right to use the product on their personal machine(s).
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license key or vault files.
The license is non-transferable and tied to the original purchaser.
Commercial use, team deployments, or embedding in a product/service requires a separate agreement.

3. Payments & Refunds

All sales are final for the base price. If the product is defective (vault fails to load, search returns no results, setup scripts error out) and cannot be resolved within 7 days, you are entitled to a full refund. Email hermesian0000@gmail.com with your order details.

4. Disclaimer of Affiliation

PlugICT is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Inner Circle Trader, Michael J. Huddleston, or any related entities. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

5. No Financial Advice

PlugICT is an educational research tool. Nothing in the product, its documentation, or its marketing constitutes financial or trading advice. Trading involves risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The vault content is derived from automated transcriptions which may contain errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any vault content.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PlugICT be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
